2011 Dallas Cowboys
This will be the first season that Head Coach Jason Garrett has had full control of his team which has been in flux ever since their dismal 6-10 2010 record. Gone are Leonard Davis, Marc Colombo, Marion Barber and Roy Williams. The move allowed Dallas to slip back under the Salary Cap and in effect, get younger. Another key is the hiring of defensive genius Rob Ryan who is installing a new defense.
The team signed all their draft choices; OT Tyron Smith, who is slated to start, LB Bruce Carter, RB DeMarco Murray, G David Arkin, CB Josh Thomas, WR Dwayne Harris, RB Shaun Chapas and C Bill Nagy. The team also resigned unrestricted free agents Doug Free, Jason Hatcher, G Kyle Kosier, S Gerald Sensabaugh and Marcus Spears.
Look for your Cowboys to improve drastically this season and, if QB Tony Romo can stay healthy, he may just be able to lead them into the playoffs.
